"i ordered a dress and it looked pretty..."
i ordered a dress and it looked similar to the photos, which was nice. the fabric is okay, not terrible, but it did feel a little thinner than i expected. the stitching seemed fine and overall it’s still wearable. i’ll definitely use it, i’m just not totally convinced it’s worth paying full price for

"Neat packaging, but I wish the box felt a bit stronger"
The package showed up looking tidy overall. The corners weren’t crushed, the tape was lined up cleanly, and nothing inside seemed out of place, which I always notice right away. My only small gripe is that the box itself felt a little thinner than I expected, so it made me wonder how well it would hold up with rougher handling. No actual issues this time, though.

"Slow replies and not really helpful"
The customer service was kind of disappointing. I had to wait forever to hear back, and when they finally replied, it felt like they didn’t really understand what I was asking about. Just one of those things where it doesn’t seem worth the hassle. I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

I kind of felt pressured into getting this, and I wish I hadn’t. The fabric feels really cheap and scratchy, and it’s not comfortable on my skin at all...

"Fit was spot on"
I was pleasantly surprised by how well it fit overall. After trying it on, the sizing felt mostly accurate and comfortable. The sleeves were just a little longer than I’d prefer, but not enough to be a dealbreaker...

"Shipping was just okay!!"
I ordered from isabellequinn.com.au the shipping took a bit longer than I thought it would!! It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, just not exactly quick. The tracking barely updated, so I was kind of left guessing when it would actually show up. The product arrived fine in the end, which was good, but I definitely wish delivery had been a little faster...

I ordered my normal size, but the fit was seriously inconsistent. One item was way too tight, and another was oddly loose, so the size guide felt useless. It made the whole thing unnecessarily frustrating, and I probably wouldn’t order again.

"Easy to use, but my phone made it feel a little slow"
I had a good time using the site overall. It was easy to move around, and I found what I needed without getting annoyed or having to dig too much. Most of the photos loaded fine, though a couple pages were kind of slow on my phone. To be fair, I might have to blame my phone a little for that because it’s not exactly the fastest. Checkout was simple and didn’t give me any trouble. Good site overall, just wish it felt a bit smoother

"Just not really my vibe"
The site felt messy to me, and the design looks a little outdated. The colors and layout don’t really seem to work together, so browsing around wasn’t that enjoyable. It’s just not a great-looking store in my opinion.

"Nice stuff, but the stock is sooo hit or miss"
I actually really like a lot of the pieces on isabellequinn.com.au, but a few things I had my eye on were already out of stock. It’s kiiinda annoying when you’re clicking around and then the sizes you want are gone. The site itself is fine and there are still some cute options, I just wish they’d keep the popular stuff available more often. I might check back later though.
